What Causes Black Specs In Semen?
When i have sexual relationships with a girl, and that i produce semen, the semen in is has little black spots but it looks like little torn pieces of tissuse paper but wet and black, what could it be? is it safe, is it normal, or should i see a doctor?

Hi,
It might be a small blood clot. Nothing much to worry as it can happen after a bout of urinary tract infection and it will settle by itself. If symptoms persist, you can consult a urologist and get evaluated.
