Kindly try your best to satisfy me regards , saima
hi,
if you have one vaginal delivery after one cesarean section then there will be more chances for vbac, but as again you had two cesarean sections after vaginal delivery, so it is difficult to have vbac now,
definitely there will be increased chances for uterine scar dehiscence as repeated surgeries will make the scar weak,
though postoperative period after cesarean is some what stressful but compared with risks involved in vaginal better to go for cesarean, in cesarean also as you are now going for 4th time you have to plan elective and little early termination as safe side and better to undergo tubectomy this time.
take care.
