3 Yr Old With Recurring High Fevers, Strep And Flu Tests Negative. Uvula Deviating To Left. Any Relation ?
Hi! Hoping you can offer some insight..I have a 3 year old with recurring high fevers (over 104). Strep/ Flu tests have been negative. She is now on her 2nd round of antibiotics for ear infections but I have noticed that her uvula is deviating to the left. Do you think this could be related to the high fevers in any way?

Her rcurrent fever should be evaluated and treated accordingly by the Pediatrician.
Coming to uvula, usually the base of it will be in central and the tip will be deviated to left or right and wont be in central position.
And this finding is not related to her high fevers in any way.
