33 Year Old Taking Concor. Have Abnormal Heart Beats. Proper Medication?
I am taking Concor COR 2.5( Bisoprolol Fumarate 2.5 mg) once daily. I have abnormal heart beating (pulpitation).
The heart beat goes very fast in some situation like when pass urine, going upstair. I am 33 years old with BP 130/80 & pulse rate 60. I am 5'7" & my weight 72. KG. Is the medicine , I am taking , right or not?

there are several causes of palpitations and each may require a different or an additional management. Common causes include electrolyte imbalance, thyroid problems, problems related to the heart itself, tumors that secret noradrenaline and adrenaline etc.
However, it is normal in certain cases to have accelerated heart beats such as when in fright or when anxious but it generally goes down as soon as the incidence is over.
You need to see a cardiologist for detail examination and to rule out all possible causes and for the right management to be given.
Bisoporlol belongs to a class of drugs known as beta-blockers that help to reduce the heart rate and are widely used in cases of palpitations. But the indications are strict and you need an ECG which your cardiologist will request, do and interpret for you before prescribing you drugs. Drugs affecting the heart are never taken without prescription.

you need to first address the cause of abnormal heart beat,
beta blocker bisoprolol reduces heart rate but if you have Atrial fibrillation (irregular heart rate) then you may need other medicines too.
Without looking at ECG , it is not possible to say which rhythm you have.
Seeing a cardiologist will be appropriate in the given situation.
