There are many causes of not being able to gain weight. But before all that I would like to commend you on the great way you are managing your life. Your BMI is 17.87 which is just a bit lower than the normal limit of 18. It is possible for you to lead a pretty healthy life with this BMI.
What I recommend is eating a 50 percent carbohydrate diet with 35 percent protein and 15 % fat diet. In this way, you will be able to gain significant weight. What you can do as well is to have food in divided small meals of about 7 a day. Maintain the exercise that you are maintaining. Eat from as many diet groups as possible. These are things like breads, milk and dairy products. I hope this will help you. Feel free to contact me again for further queries.
