4 Year Old With A Fever & Headache. Should I Take Her To The E.R ?

Hi, my 4 year old daughter has been complaining of a headache for 2 days now & has had a fever of 104. I have gave her meds & her temp will not stay under 103. Should I take her to the E.R or just wait & see if she is better tomorrow ?

Hi. Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Your daughter is having high grade fever. Medications at home will give you symptomatic relief and since the fever is not controlled please take her to a doctor to run few tests so as to determine if the fever is due to some infection. the cause is needed to be treated.
