hello... to gain weight you need to start weight training to increase muscle mass.. eat high protein foods like eggs, chicken, fish, paneer, tofu etc.. high carbs foods like potatoes, rice, sweet potatoes, bananas.. avoid milk and wheat to avoid acidity..have 1 yakult daily to avoid acidity..you can have dry fruits, peanut butter sandwich, honey in juices.. you can also take weight gainers available in sports supplements shop..drink plenty of water.. rest well..

To take more food is not important but take high protein balanced diet.
If you take more fat and carbohydrate you may get flatulance and acidity problem.
Take more milk,pulses,eggs,green veggies and fresh fruits.
Add some dry fruits in your diet.
if you do not have appetite then you may take tab. Ciplactin for some time.
Take less food but frequently.
