53 Year Old Prescribed Amixide. Has Thyroid And Sugar. Is It Safe?
my mother is 58 years old. she has thyroid and sugar. doctor suggested Amixide 1 tab@night. is it safe for her. as i came to know from internet that this medicine has banned in advanced country and has lot of side effects ....... other medicine taken by her Eltroxin 1/day Tri azulix 1 one/day Revict 1/day 50 fit 1/day

as your mother has sugar and thyroid.....these the are now known to be sister disease especially in females...like if u have sugar ...you have a high probability that u will develop thyroid problem....amixide is a banned drug because of severe respiratory failure it does....amixide is actually antidepressant plus sedative medicine.....increase the dose of eltroxin and u wont be requiring amixide
