6 Months Baby, Fever, Unusual Bowel Movement After Falling From Bed. Anything To Worry?

Hi there
My 6 months old baby fell of the bed this morning and went doctors with him and they said he is fine.
He was irritable all day and looked very sad ;(
This morning at prob 2am he had poo which normaly dont happen and he also had fever.
He got 8 theeth already and i hope it is because ofthat and not falling.I am ill and have dry couph.
Need advice plz didnt sleep all night worring

how much fever does your child have and how many times he has passed loose stool.be sure this cant be due to falling down or teething.maintain hydration of the baby.give ors and zinc for loose stool and paracetamol for fever.keep a watch on baby.if he is not taking oral food or not passing urine thn plz have an expert consultation.
