6 Year Kid, Stomach Pain, Sore Throat, Fever, Pain In Ribs. Should I Meet A Doctor?

My 6 year old son had a sudden 101 degree temperature 4 days ago and complained of stomach ache and sore throat. He broke the fever and returned to school the next day. Since then, he has complained of a pain in his right ribs. Are these related? If not then is the rob pain indicative of something we need to seek medical care for?
