6.5 Month Old Kid, Running Nose, Fever. Recurring After Stopping Medication. Remedy?

My daughter 6.5 months old, 7.4 Kgs had running nose and 100 fever last sunday. we were advised by the doctor to take Crocin & Atarax drops, for five days, For almost 5 days after sunday she had no fever and was not given crocin after sunday. On friday again she suffered from Fever 100, after that we gave three doses of crocin friday night, saturday morning , saturday evening, plus we gave azithromicin once on saturday, Sunday Morning 9 am we gave Meftal-P 2.5ml, Zifi 2.5ml , criaxm 2 ml, we also gave only the antibiotics in the night. At 2am yesterday she had 101+ fever and we again gave Meftal-P , Now she is still warm, i think sround 99 fever..

Hi,
As you started Azithromicin, wait for one or two days starting its effect.
Once antibiotic starts working fever will be subsided.
If there is no improvement then consult your doctor and get blood work done.
Give her plenty of water.
Continue with Crocin or Meftal-p syrup.
Ok and take care.
