hi

thanks for writing to health care magic

your baby requires further examination

you are saying that the baby is grunting

what is the respiratory rate like

is she feeding normally

are there any chest retractions( indrawing of the chest wall)

a small amount of spitting of milk after feed is normal in newborn babies

but associated with arching of body is not simply normal.....

you will also have to look for other parameters like weight gain etc

one important submission... breast feeding of baby is always better than bottle feeding

try to breast feed your baby and get the baby examined by a pediatrician

hope this helps

take care
