7 Year Kid, Foul Smelly Underarm, Sweaty, Thigh Pain, Tiredness. Anything To Worry?

My 7 year old daughter has foul smelly underarm perspiration and always complains about being sweaty. She has been combining of headaches that go away with ibuprofen. She also complains of her thigh hurting which causes weakness. She is tired alot and is moody at times (she sleeps at least about 10 hrs a night). Could this be early onset of puberty or something else? Should I be worried?

Underarm perspiration can start from the age of 7 years due to the action of hormones produced by adrenal glands and it is a normal phenomenon.

Headache may be due to stress or anxiety related.

Is there any history of migraine in the family?

I advise you to go for vision testing.

The complaints are not signs of early puberty.

She needs physical examination by her pediatrician followed by investigations like CBP, thyroid profile to rule out any medical condition.
