96 Years Old And Has Diarrhea. Is Whate Treatment Possible?

Whate treatment could be suggested for acute diarrhea for an elderly woman (96)? She has had a colonoscopy which was negative, she has tried eliminating daity and sugars from her diet, has been given medication while in hospital to slow things down. Nothing has been effective. Her food moves through her stomach and intestines shortly after eating, some totally undigested. She is considering acupuncture as nothing else is now offered her by her doctors.
