a patient having Calcified granuloma at the left occipital parietal region and he had h a patient having Calcified granuloma at the left occipital parietal region and he had h/o epilepsy .in this case how long eption to be given .one local doctor advised 2 yrs eption is it sufficient

hello prasad, duration of treatment of epilepsy depends on the duration of active epilepsy and family history and presence of scar in the brain like gliosis not on small granuloma. if he has had a single attack then 2years treatment is sufficient with the family history being negative.
