You just mentioned your USG report but not mentioned that you are symptomatic for that or not, if yes the since when and what is the severity of the pain.
As per your USG report you have Renal Stone (Calculus), and dilated bowel loops, so you might have pain abdomen due to
constipation, for that you got USG done.
As your calculus causing no harm to kidneys and other organs, so this might be asymptomatic, and more chances of passing out of it.
Since less than 5 mm calculus find asymptomatic, then nothing to do with them, they can be pass spontaneously, but if you are symptomatic for that calculus, then you have to go through a
Hydrotherapy followed by a surgery (PCNL) if needed.
You should take laxatives and prokinetics for the constipation, if you have, and do some physical activity, if you are in sedentary life style.
