Accidently Hit Left Temple With Hand. Sightly Sore With No Bruise/headache. Suggestion?

I accidently kinda backhanded punched myself in the left temple twice. My hand was about 4-6" away and I was lifting up my pillow to adjust it, and my hand slipped off and hit myself in the temple. This was last night. No headache, no bruise, slightly sore, but not bad.
Mainly just kinda worried about it. No other symptoms .

Hello,
From your description, everything appears to be normal and most likely nothing should happen. However if you ever feel some confusion or some bleeding fom nose or ear or blurring of vision, then you might need a visit to ER and a scan o look for any evidence of intracranial injury. But this possibility looks very remote and nothing should happen.
For local pain or swelling,if it there, you may apply ice locally for initial 48 hours.
For pain you may take some anti inflammatory like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for couple of days.
Thanks
