Acne. Prescribed Vitamin A Tablets. Should I Continue The Dosage After Some Days?

HI Doctor, I am Lachu .I am taking Vitamin A tablets(0000IU each-2/day) for 15 days for my acne breakout as per the instruction of my dermatologist. I am unable to contact my doctor since am far away from him and i am on my vacations.Can i continue using the same tablet or should i reduce the dosage ? Am afraid to stop the medication suddenly since i have witnessed reduction in my acne ..Please help me :)

hi u can continue the same treatment upto one and half month followed by half dose for one more month and stop it and see for the results.only vitamin a supplementation cannot help to cure acne.use of doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for fifteen days can cure it
