i am 32 years ld and after my period i felt that all over my labia majora solid inflammation and it really hurt . i tried to wash with hot water with Savlon but nothing . what is the reason and what can i do

You need to look for any lesions/swellings etc on the vulva.If its just redness and there is no lesions then you might be allergic to something.If any lesions are present you need to see a doctor.If there is only inflammation,the try anti inflammatories and antihistamines.Keep the area clean and avoid any parfumes,soaps etc.
