If you are 5'10 that is nothing at all to worry about. My sister is 5'10 and 160 something and she looks amazing. I'm only 5'4 and my recommended weight is 135 as the lowest. Don't stress about numbers. Just eat a balanced diet and keep busy and your body will regulate itself. Plus the more confident in yourself you are the more your endorphines kick in and make you look better. sounds funny but if you are smiling then it makes you look good. and don't forget that muscles weighs more than fat so if you work out, or play sports, or even do enough cleaning around the house to build event he littlest amount of muslce thent he numbers could go up. I bet you are soo beautiful! :)
At 5'10 you should be more that 139 pounds, eat when you are hungry and try not to let other people bother you, your body will settle in a shape that's comfortable, and that's where you should be.
