Ankles Swollen In The Evening, Proper Diet, Working Out. Treatment? Cause?

I am 55yrs old. every evening I have my ankles swollen but not painful. the feet feel tired. I am healthy and only take medication for hypertention which is under control (with values of 126 over 72). i go to gym 4 times a week and eat very healthily. my work consist of sitting and working on the computer mostly. before sleeping i lift my feet for about an hou. rwhat could be the cause and how to treat them?

The pain in the ankles and feet can be due to age related osteopenia or arthritis. A decrease in vitamin D 3 and calcium levels in the body can also cause such pains. A direct examination is necessary for diagnosis.
