Anorexic, Tiredness, Been Overeating. On Laxatives. Am I Gaining Weight Now?

I am anorexic and have used laxatives too much for the last few months. I can't exercise right now because I'm too tired although I've been hydrating and overeating quite a bit lately. I'm worried that I've overeaten so much that my stomach has stretched out increasing my capacity to eat a lot. Will this go away? I also have developed a lot of flab that is making me desperate. Will it ever go away?

Hellooo...
Thank you for choosing HCM.
See over eating will not do you any good it will do more harm than good the flab on your stomach is due to overeating, when i say overeating i mean eating a lot at one time itself. But there are other ways to have a healthy weight gain without the flabs of fat forming here and there on the body.
Follow these guidelines :
1. Eat 4-5 small meals evenly distributed throughout the day
2. Drink plenty of water (1.5-2lts) a day
3. Drink green tea
4. Avoid all processed foods and sugary drinks
5. Have a protein rich diet ( protein 60% , carbs 20% , fats 20%)
6. Add a vitamin tablet to your diet
7. Do some form of cardio for 30-45 mins , but dont over do it because it can lead to muscle catabolism (muscle break down) easily which is something we do not want.

All it takes is a little determintaion and planning from your part , so in short "YES" your flab will go away and you will gain weight provided you follow the regimen properly and consistently.
Thank you and take care.
