Anxiety, Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Tremors In Hand, Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Asthma. On Fostair. What Is Wrong?

Hi I have a tingly strange sensation in tip of tongue, intermittent dizziness/light headed, very odd feeling in chest/upper abdomen when I lie down in the night and stabbing pains in right lower leg (been getting worse for 2 years not dvt). I am currently on ferrous fumarate following low ferritin (4 months post natal) and have just been started on fostair for asthma. I am 30 years old and its causing some anxiety now. I get occasional tremors in my right hand too.

Hello,
As you are just 4 months post natal and having multiple symptoms, you ought to get a complete check up and bloods done.

Complete hemogram
Liver function tests
Thyroid profile
Vit B12 and folate

Thyroid abnormalities and Vit deficiencies can cause most of the problems you have mentioned.
Do not take too much salbutamol for the asthma as that can cause tremors due to over medication. Get your steroid inhalers reviewed if you are using too much salbutamol.
