I m a 20 year old female in full time, fast paced, University classes. I have noticed over the time of being in the university, I have more and more symptoms of anxiety attacks but I ve never been on medication for anything of the sort, I ve been to doctors and had blood tests all throughout middle school and high school, even passing out, shaking uncontrollably, in front of the doctors, they could not tell me what was wrong with me. I would be handed some candy and told that my blood sugar must be low. (I m finally coming to the conclusion myself, that I think it is anxiety. Being in a doctor s office, I pass out almost every time. I think my body shuts down from the anxiety.) Anyways, my point is, today I went on a nice walk to ease my mind. I usually walk two miles, but I couldn t make it far today, I started yawning like crazy (I do that before I pass out.) and I kept feeling like I was going to throw up. I kept gagging, and having to pinch myself to keep my eyes open as I tried my best to get home. (I had no phone on me to call for someone) It scares me because it seems like it s getting worse as the years go on. I didn t pass out this time, but I felt like there was ice on my head, and became extremely fatigued. I m curious if anyone might know if these are symptoms to anything in particular. Sorry this is so long, I wanted to give my best information. (On a side note, I do have panic attacks where my heart races. It s a bit more rare now, but I do get them still. Never had meds for anything on that either.)
