Any Advice Of Exercise / Medicine To Reduce Stomach Due To Using Computer For Long Hours ?
hi doctor i am 35 old married male since 3 years i have abdomen problem, i am using computer 10 hrs/day since 10 years as my profession is draughtsman. please advice exercise / medicine to reduce my stomach because of that i can not breath, walk more than 100 mtr. properly.... thanks

your profession makes your life sedentary. what all you have to do is first of all reduce your weight upto extent so that you can walk or run. first thing start doing dieting, start lots of salads to fill your stomach. that way you can reduce your weight. once you come to critical point where you can walk or run. start walking and running as much as you can. after that start aerobic exercise like surya namaskar. after that join near by gym that way u can strengthen you muscle power. ther are many medication available to reduce weight but i am not advicing you. since there are many side effects of this drugs. try to reduce by mean of natural habits.
