Any Suggestion For Pain In Right Hand And X-ray Shows Arthritis Caused From Fracture?

the veins on the top of my hand hurts as well as my wrist, which was fractured more than 10 years old. It is so painful i can not even use my right hand, the pain goes up to about 4 " up . I had a blood test...uric acid level was 7.3 and had a vascular test...no clots and an x-ray shows arthritis from the fracture..

Hi
Fisrt of all a uric acid level of 7.3 is quite high.
You have to start a uric acid lowering drug like allopurinol or febuxostat.
Keep your uric acid levels below 6 and preferably below 5.
as for your wrist joint pain let me tell you that arthritis is an irreversible process.
permanent cure for arthritis of the wrist is arthrodesis that is joint fusion.
