Any Suggestion For Suffering From Dizziness And Extremely Thirsty With High BP?

Today I had a very frightening experience. At work at 15 min break I went to cinnabon and I got a role and a mocha cream coffee. I ate very fast and came back to work. Maybe after 10 min I felt dizziness like passing out and I was very thirsty. I drank 3 bottles of water and and immediatly I felt better. I am female, 52 years old, obese with high blood pressure taking medicine losartan 250mg

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Probably due to the pressure over the aorta from the esophagus while having hurry diglutition.
Other wise the cause may be postural hypotension, or idiopathic vertigo.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, and to prevent further attacks.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein
rich foods to have a good health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
