Any Suggestion For Tiny Red Spots After Taking Tamoxifen For Premenopausal Bilateral Mastectomy, IDC/DCIS?

I just started taking tamoxifen, I m 37 years old, premenopausal, bilateral mastectomy, IDC/DCIS. It has been about a week and I see some tiny, red, spots, they look like tiny pin pricks, on my side. I don t recall seeing these prior to beginning tamoxifen. I don t see this as a side effect, but could it be?

Its unlikely to be of clinical significance.
If its at the site of surgery, it could be mild form of contact dermatitis to the plaster used for dressing.
Any pain, redness or discharge from the wound , would suggest you to consult your surgeon to rule out Surgical site infection.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life
