Are Back And Rib Pains Symptoms Of Migraine?

My 10 year old daughter has been diagnosed with drug resistant migraine AND daily persisitant headache syndrome AND abdominal migraines. She also has a lot of mid-back pain and pain in her lower rib cage, usually right hand side. Are the back and rib pains symptoms of migraine too????

Back pain and rib pain does not occur in migraine. An X ray chest should be done to know the cause of pain. An examination by doctor should be done.
