Good morning.
If bleeding starts suddenly and continues for 3 days with severe body pain, then do a USG along with blood test for HCG to rule out pregnancy.
All these features are suggestive of Early Abortion or may be withdrawal bleeding due to contraceptive pill.
So do the above test and consult with your gynaecologist.
