Hi,

All are different entities. There is less evidence for the correlation of ovarian cyst and hyperplasia. Mirena, during the initial period there may be slight pain, spotting or bleeding. If the pain persists or if you start bleeding then it needs your gynecologist consultation as soon as possible. Ovarian cyst ‐ if it is small, asymptomatic and benign, you don't have to do anything. Anyway if the are planning any surgery, at that time they will remove the cyst also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
