Are Numbness In Ankles Due To Lower Back, Or Thoracic Outlet?

I have some numbness in my ankles and have for quite sometime, I had an MRI and have some tarlov cysts at l5 s1 , I also have Mild facet arthropathy bilaterally at L4, S1. I also have pain that radiates into my rt . I also was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome. Would my symptoms be coming from my lower back, or thoracic outlet?

numbness in the ankles are because of pressure on the exit of L5 and S1. as the nerve which supply ankles are coming from lumbar plexus. which has root value L5 S1. your proble is because of pressure on this nerves. do regular physiotherapy to get releived from it.
