Hi
Chest pain in children most of time doesn't signify serious condition as compared to adults. If it is not related to breathing then try to find out if there is any relation to food or is associated with burning in chest, it may be pain of gastritis or if it increases with any posture or activity to rule out any local muscle or bone pain . she will need evaluation by a pediatrician to know site, local and other system examination to know exact reason. urinary tract infection doesn't lead to chest pain . Get her evaluated.
