hi this is saurabh i am 20 year old , sir i have problem of severe acne with nodule which left red blemishes after heal , sir i am using retino a 0.05 and tetracycline anbiotic and vitamin supplement for last fifteen days i s it right combination for this kind of acne
I can understand your concern for the pimples. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say.
Retino a 0.5 contains retinoids (Tretinoin)for topical application form. It is very effective cream to be used in acne and gives lasting results. But it can cause irritation if used on higher side. So I suggest you to apply in thinnest possible amount.
If there is some irritation is present then you can apply on alternate days. Apply it in nigh time rather than day time. Protect yourself form direct cold as it causes dryness and more flaking.
Tetracycline is an antibiotic capsule which is a good antibiotic to start with for acne, so you can continue that.
Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time.
Take care
