Are Severe Back Ache, Pain Around Ribs And Breasts And Delayed Menstruations Signs Of Menopause?

Hi! I am going through menopause. I haven't had a period since July after having one that lasted for two weeks. Sometimes I go a long time feeling great but other times, like now, my breasts hurt and all around my ribs and back hurt. Even wearing a bra bothers me. I feel like I have to lie down and if someone rubs my back it usually feels better. This can go on for days. Is this all part of menopause?
