Are Stomach Flu And Numbness In Hands And Legs Related?

I think I have the stomach flu. It started with a migraine 4 days ago, then it went into stomach pains, the. A day and half of throwing up and then a day and half of diahrea. My tomch I very bloated. I m thinking I just need to let it run it s course. What is concerning to me, is that my hand is going numb. I have woke. Up several times over the last few days and my arm and hand feels like it is asleep. Now this evening my leg is doing is. Both right side. Is this connected?

I really appreciate your concern, here nothing is connected with each other neither the migraine nor the flu (Viral infection ) migraine is functional kind of disease, and viral infection will take its own course and will go after that, other symptoms could be nonspecific it is likely that the functional condition might be playing the role so try to come out of this, hope this information helps.
