Are Symptoms Of Burping, Bloating, Churning Stomach, Blood And Mucus In Stool Related?
I have been diagnosed with barretts osephagus at the beginning if this year. Over the passed 4 months I have list nearly 3 stone in weight through loss of appetite. Now I have blood and mucus in my stool, severely trapped wind in my stomach and back constantly, constantly burping, bloated, food and tablets get stuck when I try and swallow them even if snapped in half and severe churning in my stomach all the time are these related.
Hi, Thanks for posting your query. I went through your post. A thorough evaluation by a gastroenterologist is needed. The difficulty in swallowing, weight loss with a history of Barrett's esophagus might indicate malignancy. But it has to be confirmed with an upper GI endoscopy. The blood and mucus stool may not be related to it. A stool test and a colonoscopy should be done to find the cause. I hope that answers your question. Regards,
