Are The Spots On Child's Hand And Forearm Due To Hand Foot And Mouth Disease?

Hi my baby had the hand foot and mouth disease on monday at 11am and around 4pm she had tiny spots on her left hand and forearm they did not fade away with pressure I took her to the Gp on Wednesday I was told its not meningitis and on Thursday I noticed more on her right hand and forearm went to the Gp again was told there not meningitis and now I have noticed some on her both knees she crawls can they be due to that... What can they be?

Greetings of the day

Tiny lesion which do not fade with pressure are due to petechia which could be because of platelet dysfunction.
I suggest you to get peripheral smear examination and complete blood count.
