Are The Symptoms Of Bad Cramping, Pain In Stomach And Headache Are Ore Menopausal?

Hi I usually get my period once a month bang on 28 days I am 44 years old, I have very bad cramping, pain in stomach, legs and my back when I get my period and feel like my womb is hanging out, I usually get headaches and feel tired and light headed with it, this time I got my period twice in one month, just wondered I have put on little bit of weight if I am premenapusal.

Hi,
The problem you are facing may be due to pre menopausal symptoms (Considering your age). So if you can't tolerate the symptoms you may require HRT which will prevent all your symptoms. So I advice you to consult your gynecologist once for examination and if required you may discuss about its management with HRT.
