Your main concern is acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). I suggest you to consult a dermatologist in your region for specific antiacne treatment rather than trying home remedies as these might cause more acne and leave you face dry and irritated. You may use a topical antibacterial e.g clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel for active acne during day time. At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel Or Azaleic acid gel, over the whole affected area. Topical retinoids are antiinflammatory as well as comedolytic; therefore they help with both preexisting acne as well as prevent new acne formation. Topical retinoids also help fade away the spots/PIH resulting from acne. Your doctor may also start you on Oral antibiotics in case you have inflammatory acne i.e acne that is red, painful, pustular.
