And really have no clue what it is just know it ain t normal and need help!! The symptoms first started as white dots at the bottom of my shaft and at first I thought it had to do something with the sun because I have a kinda of sensitive skin and then like like a moth later the bumps on my corona appeared and the white dots are still their too.. is this curable? If so how?

welcome to healthcaremagic
from the description the condition can not be understood
white flakes may be smegma under the prepuce and need regular cleaning during bath
you need a clinical examination by surgeon to know the nature of bumps you are talking about
consult doctor and take treatment if any required
