Arms Numb After A Fall. Why Has The Achy, Weak Feeling Continued?

It all started I suppose when I had an accident in Thailand. I landed on my bottom funny on a jet ski and winded myself. For about 2 hours after my arms and hands were numb and hard to move. This was over 2 years ago and since then I have suffered numerous times where I have experienced a feeling of numb/ tingling feeling in my hands and arms. The feeling is achy and week and feels like I have a lack of circulation or dead arms.
