A previously asymptomatic female soccer player feels her right knee suddenly pop and give out as she tries to pivot during a game. She is unable to return to play due to pain and the feeling that her knee will give out. She develops noticeable swelling within the knee joint within 2 hours of the injury. What is the most likely diagnosis? -Distal femoral stress fracture -Anterior cruciate ligament tear - Patellofemoral pain syndrome -Lateral collateral ligament sprain
