Your symptoms are suggestive of a neurological problem, and the blame can not be put to your lifestyle alone.
The most important condition is to exclude a cervical
spinal cord pathology. This can be done by doing an
MRI of the
cervical spine. A condition called
syringomyelia (where a cavity is formed in the spinal cord) needs to be excluded.
Another condition to exclude would be anterior horn cell disease. This can be done by doing an EMG study. Please see a
neurologist for evaluation and starting of the treatment.
