hi, rashes are usually very common in autoimmune diseasesbut you should nat neglect them and should go for platelets count, bleding time, clotting time, D dimer estimtion, prothrombin time, and even total hemetocrit to rule out any undergoing hemolysis or thrombosis in the body which are qyite common in autoimmune diseases.shoulder blade pain are sometimes reffered pain from abdominal pathology so you can go for USG abdomen particularly for spleen and pancreas.it can be due to other causes also so it is better to get examined by a physician.
