Back Pain Due To Weight Lifting, Headache. Taken Migranerton And Panadol. Dosage?

I have back muscle pain due to weight lifting, and a very bad headache at the moment, which is fluctuating, it is on both sides of the forehead , in front of me I have migranerton, i asked dad to take one tablet of migranerton for the headache and two tablets of panadol. Dad told me both contain paracetamol , so only take migranerton, however how many migranerton tablets can I take? Would 2 be fine at one time??
