Back Portion Of Tongue Full Of Bumps, Hurts To Swallow, Throat Feels Closed. Am I Okay?

There are both large and small bumps on the back portion of my tongue , 4 large ones, 2 on each side. It doesn t hurt to swallow , but it feels strange, and my throat feels as if it s closing or touching and swollen. What could this be? I also lost about 7 pounds a week ago, no change in diet or exercise, and my weight has not gone back up.

HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you have bumps at the posterior part of your tongue these are swollen and touches each other and feeling of choaking but you can eat easily,however you have lost 7 pounds in one week back which had not recovered even taking normal diet and no exercise.all these indicates that these bumps are to be diagnose properly because these may be lymphomas that can be confirmed by taking biopsy from bumps which will made final diagnosis than only final line of treatment can be planed.Thanks.
