Your fever and your sexual contact probably doesn t have any relation. Its just co-incidental that you started having fever around the sex time. The only distant possibility is that of honeymoon pilitis wherein you have urinary tract infection when you have sex cause of tear or contamination. So its better if you get a urine test done.
