Bad Pain In Left Stomach Region That Gets Worst After Eating

my son has been having very bad pain in his left stomach region for several months, It gets worst after he eats but never goes away. He has had tests recently c t scan has a cycst on right kidney, Also he has pain under right arm swollen glands. Has fatigue and pain all the time. He is 45

HI,

I really appreciate your concern, if the concern test is clear and no abnormality is there as long as the abdomen pain is concern then it may be nonspecific and most of the time it may be due to functional condition in my opinion it can be managed with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide.

Some investigations need to be get done if it is not being done yet, like stool examination, barium enema test with full barium studies MRI with contrast medium, endoscopic studies without these pathological condition can not be ruled out.
