Belching, Hiccups After Having Knee Replacement Surgery. On Blood Pressure Medicine, Baby Aspirin. Suggestions?
My husband had knee replacement surgery November 19, was sent home Wednesday. The swelling in his knee is not bad, the pain is not bad, but he keeps belching and hiccuping. What can we do to relieve this? He takes blood pressure medicine, baby aspirin , and since the surgery, Coumadin. He was taking hydrocodone for pain but hasn t had any since Wednesday, about 4:00.
